Bonjour! It was a good week! Yesterday Eric was baptized and my was it a beautiful day! It was ward council and so the ward was packed there was 153 peopl there! We had the baptismal service right after the sacrament, which was a little crazy, but it is what the bishop wants so thats what goes! Eric was so happy as we went and put on his white clothes, the little kids surrounded the baptismal font and supported this 45 year old man as he become like a child, humbly sumitting himself to the Father. Souer Reynolds and I sang I Feel the Saviors Love, in french of course, Eric walked in from changing just as we were starting and his eyes were shinning as the the spirit was with him so sotrongly. We couoldnt help it but tears filled our eyes as we sang our testimonies of the saviors love. It was truly beautiful, it couldnt have been a better sunday! I want everyone in the world to feel that power, peace and love, there is nothing else like it! After the baptism everyone stayed for a luncheon, which we spent a lot of time organizing with some of the members! Everyone was happy, the sun was shining and Eric was baptized! It has been a long time since the ward has seen a baptism and everyone was so happy to welcome him into the ward! We will now be working just as hard as ever with him to keep him strong and active, as recent converts meet so much opposition here in france and around the world!
Other big things this week, President Roney instituted a Survey that we now use for contacting haha, it is amazing and we have seen so many miracles already. It is the trick about contacting here, the first 20 seconds you make it or break it with people and, normally they dont want to give us that 20 seconds, but with this survey that President was inspired to implement we get those 20 needed seconds and teach people on the spot! I love it so much! I will tell you more, but for now, Just know that President Roney is inspired of God, it is something we have all been praying for! I love you all so much, thank you for your prayers!
