Week 53 | Annemasse, France

Steeve and his two little boys at the kareoke night. Madjeal and Josheua!
Steeve said he needs two towels to dry his dread locks after his baptism haha
Haha Oceane did a nice braid for me. Sophie does extensions by hand with a needle and thread she showed us how fast she could do it to poor little Junior there- the funniest thing ever!

We had a really good week here in Annemasse! WE did so much service helping people move. We had an activity witht the primary where we taught them some basketball skills haha (they asked the sisters and not the elders- the elders play musical inrtuments and sing really well, which areas my comp and i are not so talented in haha, so we got chosen for the basketball) it was so much fun! Then there was a Kareoke night at the church- oh my gosh so funny! Eric our recent convert was dancing his heart out, think of a french napolean dynamite, voila, it was hilarious!!

Steeve is in line to get baptized the 25 may! He is doing so good! We has seen so many miracles since he recieved the priesthood blessing last week to help him stop smoking. He was really nervous the last sunday night and told one of the members that he wasnt sure if he could be ready the 25th and that maybe he needed to puch back the date. He then went to sleep and woke up the next morning and "felt" like he needed to get baptized and that he would be ready. Crazy thing is- a couple weeks ago our bishop pulled him into his office for an interview to get to know him better and our bishop told him not to stress about his baptism, one day he would wake up and would just "feel" ready. Soeur Stevens and i were a little annoyed that the bishop would tell someone that, that is just not usually what happens... We repented for being annyed after steeve recounted his story of waking up and feeling ready! Our bishop was very inspired! Steeve said that ever since the blessing by frere Coquio he hasnt even had a desire to smoke! He chose Frere Coquio to baptize him! He will have his interview this wednesday and everything should be good to go for sunday! I just love him and his little boys so much.

OUr other amis have pretty much all fallen off the face of the earth this past week- there always has to be trials, but i am so excited because we are going to do alot of finding and see miracles!  I love you all so much and am so grateful for your prayers! Have a great week!

Love SIster Kupfer

This Friday we will recieve transfer calls! See what happens
