Well Folks it was another great week here in Pau! Our Ami Nasser is just solid. We extended his baptismal date out last lesson for the 28th of Septembre and he is on a field trip for school so it will be acouple weeks later, but now we are just on track to helping him prepare to follow the example of our Savior Jesus Christ. We are just so excited for him! Other than Nasser this week we found 3 new amis! My comp and I were joking that is feels like we are in Elder Halladays Mission over in Uganda haha... Not quite, but this is a lot of people over here in Pau! First we met Charles, who is a 70 year old bayou backwoods boy who is French, he used to play the blues back in his day and is just so fun to teach! He is a little philosophical which is tricky, but he is great! Next is Christain, he was our last contact of the night befor running to catch the last bus home. He is from Africa and has been in the Army for the past 11 years, we had just one lesson with him so far, but he is cool! He brought his friend to the lesson and when i told them where i was from his buddy Morise, got so excited, I guess he loves the Utah Jazz haha?! The third Ami is Crouth, he is from spain and is living with some members for the next few years here in Pau. We had our first lesson with him yesterday and it went really well! He was real keen on reading the Book Of Mormon. Pau is just hoping with life right now!! There were so many people at church yesterday, people are inviting their friends and good things are heppening! I am so grateful to be here to see these miracles happen! I love my mission, I love the people, I love that I just get to talk about Jesus and His Gospel all day every day! I love you all and am so grateful for your support!!!
Love Soeur Kupfer!!
