our 6th month day!
I got to watch conference, the times were really funny, but I did get to watch it! It was amazing huh? We have a Prophet and Apostles on the earth today. Men called of God with His authority. How blessed are we? I love the message that in the end what will matter most is how well we kept our covenants and tried to follow Jesus Christ. It is all laid out for us, we just have to do it. THis week our district leader gave us daily challenges, one of the challenges was to place a Book Of Mormon. Soeur Russell and I headed out trying to place a Livre De Mormon all day with no success. We had a meeting at the church and were walking to catch the bus home at the end of the night and I was just starting to get a little down, me eyes started watering a little and I just was thinking why, we have worked hard all day just to bless someones life and why cant we. We got to the bus stop and a man was there i said hello and aske dhil how his day had gone. He saw that book in my hands that we had been trying to give away all day and said Hey i have wanted to read that book for years! We gave it away right then, and talked to him until the bus came. Who knows if we will ever see him again or not, he is a roamer. But it was just a little answer from God that as long as we were keeping our covenants of sharing the gospel He would help us accomplish our goals. I am so grateful to see the Lords hand is His work. I love you all and am so grateful for your support. This church is true, we are in the true church of Jesus Christ! Have a wonderful week!
