Week 41 | Annemasse, France

It was a wonderful week! We only had 2 exchnages, and district meeting whixh were both so great! We had a lesson with Eric our ami who has a baptismal date for the 16 of March, we watched the retab film and talked alot about the restoartion of the authority to direct Christs church on the earth! the spirit was really strong and he told us that he had prayed to ask God if Joseph Smith was called as a prophet and he felt peace and reassurance afterwards. He is making great progress, he is different but he is great!! He is becoming so much easier to teach every week as he learns the restored gospel! We couldnt meet with Jennifer this week because she is finishing us school and will take her last test today actually! She is doing great, continuing to read and went to church in paris! We wil meet with her this saturday at the church with some members here in annemass! I am so excited for her!

the Senior Couple the Dickensons for england came this week to bring us supplies for our apartement, because the sisters everytime they come for exchange have been sleeping on camping cots- the kind we would use for girls camp haha- they brought bunkbeds that we set up and I was dying the entire time picturing Mom and Dad going on a mission and setting up bunk beds together haha.... We were helping all along the way of course, but still it was money, so funny! A couple nights ago we had a really cool miracle! We went to pass a less active and they didnt live at the address anymore- we decided to walk a different way back home because it was about 830. We saw a lady walking her dog  and went and talked to her, immediately she knew who we wre, the elders had met her that afternoon. Come to find out she is a member, but left the chruch 30 years ago, but has recently been praying that God would direct her to that which she needs to do. She has researched many churches, but said there has always been somthing that keeps her heart turing back the LDS churhc. we talked as long as we could and she said her heart was warmer than it had been since she could remember! She gave her number already to the elder and they will be meeting with her soon! She took this as a sign from God. We testified that it certainly was! We walked away with tears in our eyes!
